Faster release cycles
75% acceleration in release cadence, transitioning from infrequent, unpredictable deployments to a consistent three-week cycle.
We partnered with Albor, a South American farm-management platform, to improve reporting performance, modernize its architecture, and establish a predictable release cadence as the product scaled across Argentina, Uruguay, and Paraguay.
The result: faster access to insights, greater platform stability, and a more agile foundation for continued growth.

Albor is a South American agtech company that develops a farm-management platform used by agricultural and livestock producers across Argentina, Uruguay, and Paraguay.
Its solution supports agriculture management, livestock operations, and accounting, helping producers centralize data and manage complex farm operations with greater visibility and control. As adoption grew, the platform needed to evolve to sustain performance, reliability, and delivery speed.
As Albor expanded its product and user base, performance bottlenecks and delivery constraints began to impact both user experience and internal execution.
End users experienced slow and unpredictable reporting workflows, with some reports taking several minutes to complete, or failing under heavier loads. At the same time, infrastructure inefficiencies and architectural rigidity limited scalability and slowed the pace of releases.
To sustain growth and maintain product leadership, Albor needed to strengthen its operational backbone without disrupting ongoing platform evolution. Albor needed to:
Improve reporting performance and reliability
Increase platform stability as data volumes scaled
Accelerate release cycles and reduce deployment friction
Modernize development workflows and infrastructure
Establish a more flexible, scalable architectural foundation

Our goal was to optimize reporting performance, improve infrastructure stability, and accelerate release velocity, while gradually evolving the architecture toward a more modular, scalable model that could support long-term growth.
We partnered closely with Albor’s leadership and engineering teams to address performance, scalability, and delivery challenges through a structured modernization approach.
Working as a blended team, we led critical initiatives and progressively integrated into day-to-day product delivery.
Key initiatives included:

To support scalability and long-term product evolution, we focused on modernizing architecture, infrastructure, and development workflows. The platform evolved from a monolithic structure toward API-based services and micro-frontends, improving modularity and enabling independent scaling of components.
Infrastructure optimizations improved server and memory utilization, strengthening stability under growing data loads. Development workflows were modernized through migration from TFS to Git and reinforced with agile release management practices.
Driving speed, stability, and predictability.
Our collaboration with Albor delivered measurable operational impact across reporting performance, release velocity, and platform reliability. These improvements strengthened Albor’s ability to scale with confidence, supporting continued product growth across markets and user segments.
